                    Alicia "Lele" Strickland, a 33-year-old native of Detroit, MI, has been passionate about hairstyling since the young age of 13. It was during her early teenage years that she discovered her love for transforming hair into beautiful and artistic creations. Her journey in the world of cosmetology began at Crockett Vocational Center, where she attended cosmetology school and obtained her license in 2009.

                  Natural Extensions quickly became Alicia's favorite hairstyle, as she finds joy in enhancing the natural beauty of her clients and providing them with a renewed sense of confidence. Her talent for hairstyling is a skill passed down from her mother, whom she admired and learned from by watching closely.

       

Alicia's true fulfillment comes from working with her clients, as they bring her an incredible sense of peace and satisfaction. She deeply values the connections she forms with each individual and strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment in her salon.

With a vision for the future, Alicia aspires to own her own storefront, where she envisions a team of talented stylists, makeup artists, and waxing experts coming together to create a one-stop beauty destination. Additionally, she dreams of offering learning classes for aspiring stylists of all ages, passing on her knowledge and passion to the next generation.
